Event Invoicing gives you a clearer, more streamlined way to handle event bookings & financials. Instead of juggling spreadsheets or manual processes, you can generate and manage invoices directly within the platform—saving time, reducing errors, and improving visibility across your operations.

With Event Invoicing, you can:

• Create online orders for bookings using your Kappture data
• Quickly generate branded PDF invoices for events using online orders or completed PoS orders
• Reduce manual admin by taking payments and deposits, updating status labels, and recording customer contact information—all within a centralized system
