We’ve added a new Kappture Integrate area to the portal so you can see the systems Kappture can connect with and tell us which integrations matter most to your organisation.

From the new Kappture Integrate menu item, you can:

• Browse available and planned integration options
• Register interest in a specific integration
• Request an integration that is not currently listed
• Share useful context, such as how you use the system today, what data needs to move, and your likely timescales

Registering interest does not commit you to anything. It helps our team understand demand, prioritise future integration work, and follow up with the right information.

Event Invoicing gives you a clearer, more streamlined way to handle event bookings & financials. Instead of juggling spreadsheets or manual processes, you can generate and manage invoices directly within the platform—saving time, reducing errors, and improving visibility across your operations.

With Event Invoicing, you can:

• Create online orders for bookings using your Kappture data
• Quickly generate branded PDF invoices for events using online orders or completed PoS orders
• Reduce manual admin by taking payments and deposits, updating status labels, and recording customer contact information—all within a centralized system

Whether you’re running large-scale venues, stadiums, or multi-day events, Event Invoicing helps ensure your billing process is as efficient as your operations.
